Yard sale permits can be obtained at the Police Department Records Bureau. The fee is $10. You will be given a copy of the ordinance regarding yard sales and will be required to sign the form stating that you will abide by these rules. There will be a three-day limit. There is also a one sale per month / per person limit regardless of the address. There will be no sales between November 15 and March 1.

Taxicab Driver's Licenses can be obtained at the Police Department Records Bureau. The fee is $30 per year. The replacement of a lost license is $20.

Taxicab Business Licenses can be obtained at the Police Department Records Bureau. The fee is $100 per year per cab.

There is no fee but a permit must be obtained at the Police Department Records Bureau. The permit must be obtained at least 10 days prior to the date of the event.

Golf Cart Inspections/Permits can be obtained at the Police Department Records Bureau. The fee is $10. Golf Cart Inspections will only be done Monday thru Friday from 8am to 2pm, weekends available by appointment. Appointments can be made by calling the Records Bureau at (740) 354-1311. This is used for collection of unused or expired medications. It is available Monday through Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. It is located in the basement of the Municipal Building by Police Records. This is the safe way for us to collect and destroy any medications
